Can the system send out alerts via email?

Yes, alerts can be sent out to end users, and/or or to reseller's administrators. Alerts are sent out..

1) When disk space is about to run out - i.e. when there is 5% disk space left.

2) When license has been expired

3) When there are failed files. Please note that we only alert from failed files after 5 retries. 5 is a default that can be changed from Settings page in Control Panel (administrators only).

To activate alerts they need to be set on from Control Panel: Vendor Information -> Alerts.
