I want to install the software on my new laptop, but my old password is not valid any more. How can I get a new password?

After installing the client application on your new computer and moving onto the Guided Set-Up phase, fill in your username and then click Forgot your password? link to obtain a new password via email.

Service administrators can also send new passwords to the end-users from the Shield Backup Management Portal. This is done on Users page by clicking the username and then Send password button at the bottom of the page.
