I want to install the software on my new laptop, but my old password is not valid any more. How can I get a new password?

In Guided Set-Up phase, fill in your usename and then click Forgot your password? link to obtain a new password via email.

Software vendors who have access to Nexetic Shield Backup control panel can also send a new password to their customers from the control panel. On Users page, click the username and Send password at the bottom of the page.
