Adding a new user

To add a new end user for an existing account:

      1)   Move on to Users page and choose the account (company) from the drop-down menu - if not already chosen. 



     2)   Click Add user.


      3)  In the new window you can see the following fields:

  • License number will be filled in automatically - please do not change it.
  • If you would like to add one user only, add Username and Email address for the user. We recommend to use email address also as a username. 
  • Password will be automatically generated and you can see it in Password field.
  • If you would like to add several users at the same time, select Multiple users and add the email addresses, one per row.
  • If you are creating username for a endpoint user, choose Endpoint as Software type.
  • Let the box Send invitation remain ticked - user will receive invitation email containing download link along with the username and password.
  • Choose Save. A new user has now been added to the system and installation details have been sent to the user's email address.
